Comprehensive Plan Development Oversight

The City of Cripple Creek received a Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) grant to update its Comprehensive Plan and Economic Development Strategy. Cripple Creek hired a land use consultant to develop these plans, though they needed additional support to manage the consultant contract and community stakeholders.

Leadline was hired to provide vendor oversight and staff augmentation to the city for the Comprehensive Plan and Economic Development Strategy. We are a key conduit between city staff and the consultant to ensure staff and the community receive a high quality plan.
