CU Boulder South

Leadline partnered with the Trestle Strategy Group to manage the University of Colorado-Boulder’s largest land use agreement with the City of Boulder. The CU South negotiation required significant team coordination in a high stress environment.

Leadline’s steady and organized approach brought calm and organization to lead the technical experts and decision makers toward a successful outcome.

“Amanda was an integral part of my team on a very complex and challenging annexation project. She exhibits a brilliant mix of a calm, disarming demeanor paired with an exceptionally sharp strategic mindset. She always exhibits the highest levels of care, consideration, and professionalism and it’s no stretch to say that her contributions and organizational skillset were key to our success.”

— Derek Silva, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Business Strategy, CU Boulder

State of Colorado 23rd Judicial District

For the first time in over 60-years, the State of Colorado is creating a new judicial district to serve the expanding populations in central Colorado. As project manager, Leadline is overseeing the implementation of the new, fully-functional judicial district. This type of transformative, political and untested project is where Leadline shines: organizing cross-departmental teams, directing strategic outcomes, facilitating process improvements and engaging stakeholders.

Vision & Program Implementation

Big ideas take strategy, resources, and timing to implement, which can land you in “the groan zone.” The realities of life and feasibility dwindle big ideas. This inevitably chips away at the vision and innovation that created the idea originally.

Leadline keeps you out of the groan zone. We bring strategic goal setting, resource vetting, and start off asking the right questions to preserve the big idea – helping it become a reality in its best form.

MarketSquare

MarketSquare, a revolutionary agricultural technology startup, has the big idea to connect farmers to consumers to create a better market for food.

Leadline led a series of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the power of the technology. Leadline constantly has an eye toward execution and understands the success may have many pathways. We successfully ran multiple paths simultaneously to achieve progress and keep the goal centered in all actions.

Workplan Development & Execution

We get it: annual goal setting efforts have the best of intentions. Then day-to-day work gets in the way, pushing the ideas of being more focused and disciplined to the back burner. Everyone forgets to look at those goals and shifts focus.

Leadline understands it’s not you. You’re not the problem. The problem is finding a process that suits your organization. Monthly check-ins on goals? Quarterly off-sites? Accountability measures? We work with your team to create custom processes that are manageable, aligned with best practices, and resource-efficient.
