Community Development Organizational Assessment

The Town of Parker is a growing municipality in Colorado. Like many departments, its Community Development Department has changed the way they work since the pandemic and have experienced growing pains in culture and operations. The Town Manager’s Office asked Leadline to assess the department and provide actionable recommendations for cultural, operational, and strategic improvements in the department. As a result, the department will be able to modernize its operations and better recruit and retain staff.
