Team Workplanning Facilitation

Lafayette’s Human Resources team had recently experienced significant growth and achievement, including completing major initiatives such as a compensation study, payroll system implementation, and updates to the employee handbook. Despite their progress, the team continued to face a heavy workload and operated in a reactionary mode to address ongoing demands. The department desired a more proactive and organized approach to their work planning. Leadline facilitated a strategic planning session that allowed the team to practice a collaborative approach to setting priorities, establishing realistic timelines and clarifying roles and responsibilities among the team. 

Leadline produced a customized work plan program and system for the HR department to use to manage key priorities for the team and their regular workload in a way that is both strategic and operational.
