Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Organizational Assessment

Following a leadership vacancy in the Parks, Recreation, & Open Space (PROS) department at the City of Lafayette, Leadline assessed the current organizational structure, culture, goals, and work programs to recommend improvements to the organizational structure and operations to make the most of the leadership vacancy.

Leadline interviewed leaders, managers, and staff in PROS to understand their current work environment and ideas for improvement, the recommended a series of restructuring improvements that were approved by City Council and implemented shortly after Leadline’s recommendations were presented.
