Approach

The annexation agreement was a culmination of highly contentious community interest, complicated land use principles, and several high-profile stakeholders. Leadline was instrumental in clearing the path for the University team to organize their negotiation strategy, pivot quickly on new information, and be in the best position to create a strong agreement.
