Amanda Cole

Founder

Amanda founded Leadline to be a values-driven organization that supports public sector entities achieve outcome-oriented results.

She draws upon her deep experience as a Special Projects Manager for the City of Boulder, where she impacted results in more than 20 projects ranging from the Alpine-Balsam Hospital Redevelopment to Public Safety Radio Infrastructure Procurement and Recreation Software Replacement. 

Amanda launched her career in Huntsville, Alabama, while earning an MBA and marketing undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama Huntsville. She traded collegiate tennis to work at LSINC, a woman-owned management consulting in the aerospace and defense industry and spent time as a legislative analyst for NASA.

Amanda currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of TGTHR, a non-profit committed to ending youth homelessness. She is a mental health advocate and believes we all grow stronger from empowering young people in our community. 

Fun Fact: Amanda’s dog, Nalla, loves eggs!
