Amanda Cole
Founder
Amanda founded Leadline to respond to a core need of the government: moving complicated projects forward.
Since creating Leadline, Amanda has led projects across the Colorado Front Range including the creation of the 23rd Judicial District, annexation of CU South, and improving transit grant-making at CDOT. She leads with confidence and calm, which often results in a trusting and productive working relationship.
Amanda launched her career in Huntsville, Alabama, while earning an MBA and marketing undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama Huntsville. She traded collegiate tennis to work at LSINC, a woman-owned management consulting in the aerospace and defense industry and spent time as a legislative analyst for NASA.
Amanda currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of TGTHR, a non-profit committed to ending youth homelessness. She is a mental health advocate and believes we all grow stronger from empowering young people in our community.
