Leadline  is proud to serve as a key teaming partner to Egis (formerly Triunity, Lochner) on the City and County of Denver's Vibrant Denver GO Bond Program — a $950 million capital investment spanning 58 projects across all 11 Council districts. On this program, Leadline's Amanda Cole serves as Program Integration Manager, bringing deep municipal insight and process leadership to help streamline decision-making and strengthen coordination across departments, workstreams, and delivery partners.

Beyond program integration, Leadline team members are leading key roles across program administration, controls, and delivery support. Together, our team has been integral to the creation of the Denver Bond Office and entirely new program processes from project stage gates to document controls and technology workflows.

This 7-year contract establishes Leadline as a qualified, trusted program management firm with the ability to implement processes under ambiguity and strong political pressure.
