Leadline is seeking an Infrastructure Program Analyst to support the Vibrant Denver Bond Program—a transformative, city-shaping initiative that brings together public agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in maximizing the program’s ability to move quickly, tying together business needs with ideal solutions.

The Vibrant Denver Bond is a $950 million infrastructure program. It is the largest program of its size in modern Denver history and is expected to be completed in six years, well ahead of the traditional 10-year bond horizon. Given the bond’s magnitude, the program is moving quickly with rapid system deployment, bundled procurement, and accelerated implementation. The successful Infrastructure Program Analyst will need to adapt to a fast-paced environment and become productive quickly.

The Infrastructure Program Analyst is a versatile and detail-oriented position that supports a range of client projects and internal initiatives. One of those projects is playing a critical part in our work with the Denver Bond Office, identifying business needs and system functionality and implementing solutions to ensure projects move forward efficiently. The Program Analyst will work with team members on the Program, Project Delivery, and Controls teams, and is also responsible for coordination, structured work planning, meeting management, and high-quality deliverable production. Here are what the Program, Project Delivery and Control teams do:

  • Program — this team that sets overall direction for the entire bond program, coordinating priorities, budget, and timing across all the individual projects so they add up to one coherent effort.

  • Project Delivery — this team that actually runs individual projects day-to-day, working with designers and contractors to move each project from design through construction and completion.

  • Controls — this team that keeps schedules, data, and reporting consistent and accurate across every project, so leadership can trust the numbers when comparing progress program-wide.This position offers hands-on exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and meaningful opportunities for growth within Leadline’s project management team.
