Philip’s diverse and strong background allows him to lead teams and provide practical solutions alongside innovative recommendations for positive project outcomes. Philip has led the planning, management, and implementation of projects and programs from $100M+ major capital projects in New York City to community development supporting small front range communities. Prior to joining Leadline, Philip worked in the Strategic Resilience Practice at ICF to support utilities in energy resiliency, mitigation, and to transition to clean energy. Before entering the private sector with ICF and now Leadline, Philip worked for 12 years in public service supporting local government planning, community development, and construction.
