Prior to joining Leadline, Olivia served as a Budget Analyst for the City of Denver, where she developed fiscal policies, managed grants and sales tax initiatives, and wrote fiscal impact statements for city ballot measures. She also led large-scale software implementations at Epic, guiding C-suite executives and cross-functional teams through multimillion-dollar projects.
