Whether she’s leading regional initiatives, facilitating cross-sector collaboration, building data-driven strategies, or mentoring project teams, Michele brings equal parts analytical thinking and creative problem solving to the table.

Michele is especially passionate about translating complex challenges into clear, actionable plans that improve how people move through and experience their communities. 

Prior to joining Leadline, she worked for Adams County as their Regional Planner.
