Lindy Larson brings comprehensive expertise in content management and technical communication. She previously managed the Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) for a large engineering consulting firm in Boulder, where she edited and wrote technical content and developed thought leadership. Her experience also includes serving as a technical editor and writer for the USDA Forest Service. Lindy further complements her technical background with an MA in Bioethics, specializing in end-of-life care and clinical ethics.

Prior to Leadline, Lindy also chaired the Commerce City Quality Community Foundation, enhancing the quality of life for all residents by awarding targeted non-profit grants and need-based scholarships.

Outside of her professional roles, Lindy enjoys time with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Fun fact: she is an avid reader, having completed 105 books in 2025; her favorite genres are Classics, Fantasy, and Non-Fiction.
