Karla Kingsley is a versatile project manager with over a decade of experience helping public agencies move complex projects from idea to implementation. She is known for her ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders — from community members to elected officials — and for finding paths forward where progress has stalled.

Karla comes to Leadline from prior roles at the Portland Bureau of Transportation and in consulting, where she led major transportation infrastructure initiatives, secured significant federal and state funding, and helped agencies navigate the political and technical complexity of delivering ambitious projects.

Outside of work, you'll find Karla in her garden, on the trails with her downhill mountain bike team, or camping with her family.
