Summary

For the first time in over 60-years, the State of Colorado is creating a new judicial district to serve the expanding populations in central Colorado. As project manager, Leadline is overseeing the implementation of a new, fully-functional judicial district. This type of transformative, political and untested project is where Leadline shines: organizing cross-departmental teams, directing strategic outcomes, facilitating process improvements and engaging stakeholders. 

Approach

Leadline is employing a multitude of facilitation techniques, project management tracking, and process improvement approaches to guide the creation of the 23rd Judicial District. Managing milestones, communications, risks, decisions, and reporting is an integral part of our approach.
